What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale unless they arrive damaged.

Yes, all Jula Jewelry comes with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or lost items.
